At Haute Elements, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Haute Elements. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review the following guidelines to understand how to proceed.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Swim & Beachwear
  • Jewellery (unless defective)

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to be processed:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
